“Since launching LifeSpace Gardens at the BC Home and Garden show (which blew away even our highest expectations!) we’ve been on a mission to transform our headquarters into a finely tuned garden manufacturing facility. We’ve been building jigs and creating systems to streamline production and raise the quality of our craftsmanship even higher…”
So begins the latest update from Wes Hooper, lead entrepreneur at LifeSpace Projects, one of our current Slingshot ventures. After dedicated prototyping and many months of fine-tuning through Slingshot sessions and mentorship, LifeSpace is going from strength to strength. As well as launching their gorgeous self-watering gardens, they’ve developed a handy online guide to gardening here on the west coast, broken out into advice for specific plants as well as growing seasons – check out what to do in April!
Wes writes:
“Our first run of gardens will be going to all the awesome people who supported our launch at the BC H&G show, as well as some very special gardens to all the people who believed in us and volunteered their time to make LifeSpace happen!
On April 11th we’ll be hosting our first pick up party, and it will be awesome. We’ll have all the gardens built and ready for our customers to swing by and pick up, seeds seedings and soil for sale, as well as some LifeSpace Gardens on an awesome discount. We’ll be grillin’ up a storm too so come hungry. This party is open for anyone who wants to check out the shop, buy a garden and help us out, or just come by to have some fun and meet some cool people. Back alley, #8 262 E Esplanade. Saturday April 11th. 11-4 and beyond…”
Join us in celebrating LifeSpace’s launch, check out the beautiful craftmanship of their gardens, and come by on Saturday!
