RADIUS's training in inclusive design was immensely valuable, both personally and professionally for our HR staff. Their unique hosting and facilitation processes made for a learning environment in which our authentic selves were valued, we were provided the self-determination to define our outcomes, and utilization of the training learnings were immediate.

We were thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with RADIUS to help immigrants, refugees, and newcomers to access culturally relevant and meaningful opportunities to leverage and future-proof their skills. As a result, we have identified three solutions that have potential to be explored further. We greatly appreciate the partnership between RADIUS and BII+E. We hope to continue working together in the near future!

RADIUS facilitated a session on centring equity within all our design processes, and it was a rewarding session for our team, both personally and professionally. The session gave us an opportunity to sit with big questions that reenergized us to look at our work differently.

Working with Leah and the RADIUS team on the City of Chilliwack Inclusion Project was a monumental time in my professional and personal career. The ease in which they led discovery sessions with council and staff, assessed current EDI knowledge, developed an education strategy, and delivered training and workshops made such valuable steps in the direction needed. Our time together was full of equity a-ha moments for all, and I can't wait to work with them on future projects and engagements.

We thank RADIUS for such a successful partnership and project, for being so professional, flexible, relatable, and patient with our demands, changes, and overall, just a pleasure to work with. I would love to work with you again in the future if the opportunity arises!

Working with the RADIUS consultancy team to move our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion practices and processes forward in the international office has been an educational and positive experience. Their ability to meet people where they are was a living example of how to work through diversity tension within a team. Creating an awareness of the importance of applying the EDI lens in program and service design for students was an incredible growth opportunity and inspired our individual journeys to learn more.

The team at RADIUS lives its values as they help co-create solutions to pressing system problems. Over the decade that I've worked alongside RADIUS, I've seen facilitators with lived experience guide clients/participants through a process of identifying the challenge and creating a learning experience to ideate solutions. The solutions are often complex but you can count on RADIUS to offer a supportive community to be there throughout the change process.

A highlight for me during the Solutions Lab was meeting others who were equally as passionate about dignified seniors housing and support. Hearing from multiple perspectives and using different methods and facilitation techniques to articulate and evaluate different models motivated participants to collaborate and brainstorm about innovative approaches.

It was the first time we've ever brought all the different organizations together and I knew we needed someone with strong facilitation skills to keep us focused. The RADIUS facilitator was able to keep us on track without making the session feel rushed. It was serious work but we also wanted it to be fun. We finished the day with a joint vision for how we all work together.
