SFU Innovates: Social Innovation Speaker Series hosted at SFU’s Beedie School of Business

Last month, we introduced you to our social innovation activators, Amar, Christine, and Zoya. They’ve teamed up to host a 3-part speaker series for students and changemakers across SFU.
Social innovation. Social Entrepreneurship. Changemaker. Sound interesting but not sure what these mean or how to get involved? Can individuals like you really help solve tough social problems? Can entrepreneurship create positive change? How do you start?
This March, join RADIUS and partners for a three-part speaker series to jump into these questions and leave inspired to take action. Part of SFU Innovates, each session will include inspiring speakers, tangible local examples, and an opportunity to build your skills as a social changemaker.
Part 1: March 3rd – What is Social Innovation? Learn about innovative ways to address stuck social problems.

Part 2: March 10th – What is Social Entrepreneurship? Using entrepreneurship to help build a better society.

Part 3: March 17th – Now what? Learn about how and where can you get started at SFU.
