RADIUS is currently seeking a Program Design Lead to support the Scoping and Design phase of the Economic Renewal Lab. This position will be responsible for engaging a wide network of potential collaborators to refine the program design, timelines, budget and operating model, while mapping the problem and opportunity space, existing actors and solutions, and areas for innovation. Because we believe an economic recovery needs to work for everyone, it means it must center the voices, agency, and choices of communities that are historically, persistently, and systemically marginalized. As such, we strongly encourage racialized, Indigenous, and LGBTQAI2+ candidates to apply for the role. Overall your role is co-leading the design of the full program and the fundraising to enable it, in collaboration with the Associate Director, Labs and Ventures.
This contract is for 6 months to start, with potential extension pending progress. Pay will be $30,000 – $40,000 commensurate with availability and demonstrated expertise with anticipated workload of 4 days per week, starting in October 2020.
