RADIUS is hiring!

RADIUS is looking for a Manager to lead our newest lab: the Equity x Accelerator. This portfolio is focused on tackling systemic barriers faced by equity deserving groups pursuing social ventures (for-profit, non-profit, cooperative, other) and broader initiatives (policy innovation; advocacy, network and movement building efforts; new forms of funding, investment, and mutual support; land and real estate trusts; etc) to address complex social, economic, and environmental challenges.

This role will have lead responsibility for the management of all RADIUS incubation, acceleration, and support programs for emerging social venture, innovation, and systems change initiatives. All programs will be designed and delivered from an equity centred perspective with a primary focus on centring Black, Indigenous, and racialized entrepreneurs and innovators being underserved by the regional entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem.

This is a full-time, temporary role with Simon Fraser University; it is a Temporary APSA Grade 10 position ($75,285 – $89,904 per annum) plus benefits. We hope the candidate can begin as soon as possible on this one-year contract, with potential for renewal.
