RADIUS is a social innovation and systems change hub based out of the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, on the unceded, traditional territories of the xwməθkwəyəm (Musqueam), sḵwxwú7mesh (Squamish), and selílwitulh (Tsleil Waututh) Coast Salish peoples. We are currently hiring a RADIUS Fellowship Lead and Impact and Evaluation Lead to support our programming.
The ideal candidate for the RADIUS Fellowship Lead is an experienced program facilitator with solid communication and engagement skills who can implement a justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) framework for program development, recruitment, and delivery in their role.
The Impact and Evaluation Lead will develop RADIUS impact evaluation frameworks and activities and implement them within the Refugee Livelihood Lab. In addition, they will advise and support evaluation work in other portfolios as feasible. This position applies a JEDI framework to all aspects of their scope of work.
RADIUS’ work centres the voices, agency, and choices of historically, persistently, and systemically marginalized communities. We strive to walk the talk when it comes to embedding principles of Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion into how and why we do our work. We work daily to embody our principles in our strategy, programming, practices, relationships, and work culture. We hope these set the foundation for candidates who identify as Black, Indigenous, People of Colour, and LGBTQAI2+ to apply.
